This new command is something else.. I'm currently taking a tactical weapons and tactical driving course at blackwater, NC. http://www.blackwaterusa.com

Pretty hardcore stuff.. would be hella fun with the exception of the heat.. it was 93 today but it "felt" like 110. And it's supposed to get hotter.

Yeah.. It's weird being in the Navy yet be in a deployable unit like this.. I knew I would get deployed.. I just didn't think it would be with the potential of bullets whizzing by my head. Oh well..

NAVSPECWARGRU TWO LOGSUPPU SEA Mar. 24th, 2005 @ 06:44 pm
Well, I finally finished my first big leg of my training, ET "A" school, now I'm off to ISM "C" school starting april 4th, then I report to NAVSPECWARGRU TWO LOGSUPPU SEA on the 15th of July. What that stands for is Naval Special Warfare Group Two Logistic Support (I think the SEA stands for sea duty, not sure though) Which is basically a forwardly deployable seal unit. I'll most likely be on the Mobile communications team or just work on their comm gear at home, but there is a pretty good chance I'll be hittin' the sandbox sometime soon. Anyway, I'll be home saturday night for a few days before I head off to Virginia for school. 3216262701

Ok. Now my roommates are pissing me off.

One smells like ass, and the other two stay up all night playing vampire or drinking, and then bitch at me when I turn the lights on at 1000. For christ's sake.. we normally get up at fucking 600. I'm not going to be forced to sit in the fucking dark because they can't manage their fucking time better.

Room reinspect tomorrow at 2030, in my dress blues.

With the strict inspector. If I fail, reinspect on Sat, no liberty. If I fail again, I can't go onto the next phase of liberty, or so I'm told.

Usually, people fail 4 times with this guy before they pass.

Ugh. And I have a really bad headache.

Other than that, life is good. Can't wait to stay up till god knows when cleaning and getting my stuff on point and wake up at 0430 for duty section. I also have to be inspection ready then too. Yippie ki yi yay.

I'm getting married in december, so that makes me happy.

Argh!

It seems so far.. my luck sucks. At RTC (boot camp) I had a really strict cheif, so that made boot that much more fun. I really appreciate what that did as far as my training is concerned, but it still sucked knowing that your shipmates were using the phone every week when you can't even look at one.

Now, at my A-school, my barracks appears to have a strict Cheif too.. from what I've heard. We don't even get to have cell phones until we hit our next phase of liberty. I just failed my surprise room inspect cause I'm a moron... I left my jacket out. Now I have to sacrifice my liberty on saturday and stay in house ALL DAY to have a reinspect. My own fault, I know.. stupid stupid.

Other than that.. everything going well.

Hey...

Just graduated Naval Boot camp!

I'm on my recruit liberty weekend.. and My fiance' and parents just left (they had to take an early flight) So... I'm bored in the cyber cafe'.

Anyway..

I'm very happy and very go Navy.

and I'm fucking freezing.
